Product Sourcing Policy
Shree Kheraj Sadij is a GST-registered proprietorship engaged in the retail and wholesale sale of women’s apparel, fashion accessories, bridal products, bags, and other generic consumer goods through both offline and online sales channels.
As a reseller, Shree Kheraj Sadij does not manufacture the majority of the products offered for sale. Products are procured from a network of independent manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and authorized market suppliers across India and are resold under applicable commercial and consumer protection laws. Resellers commonly source products through multiple supplier relationships rather than a single manufacturer.
1. Supplier Selection
Products are sourced only from suppliers that meet our commercial and quality requirements. Before procurement, suppliers are evaluated based on:
- Business credibility and market reputation.
- Product quality and consistency.
- Availability of GST-compliant tax invoices.
- Pricing and supply capability.
- Ability to provide genuine and marketable products.
- Compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations.

2. Procurement Process
Products are procured against purchase orders, invoices, or other valid commercial documents from multiple suppliers depending on product availability, pricing, seasonal demand, and customer requirements.
Supplier selection may vary from time to time, and procurement is not limited to any single manufacturer or distributor.
3. Generic Products
Products sold by Shree Kheraj Sadij are generic, unbranded, or sourced from various manufacturers and wholesalers. Accordingly:
- The manufacturer or supplier may differ for identical or similar products.
- Products are selected based on quality, design, customer demand, and availability.
- Supplier details are maintained in our internal procurement records and can be provided to competent regulatory authorities whenever legally required.
4. Product Customization
Certain products, particularly bridal wear, bridal accessories etc may undergo value-added customization after procurement. Such customization may include embellishments, finishing, packaging improvements, decorative additions, or other modifications based on prevailing market trends or specific customer requirements.
These activities do not alter the original sourcing of the product but are performed to enhance aesthetics, customer satisfaction, and product value.
5. Quality Assurance
Every product undergoes a reasonable quality inspection before being offered for sale. Products are checked for:
- Physical condition.
- Design and finish.
- Material quality.
- Visible defects or damages.
- Packaging condition (where applicable).
Products failing to meet acceptable quality standards are rejected or returned to the supplier whenever feasible.
6. Documentation
Shree Kheraj Sadij maintains procurement records, including supplier invoices and purchase documentation, in accordance with applicable accounting, taxation, and statutory requirements. These records are retained for audit, compliance, and regulatory purposes.
7. Product Warranty
Most products sold by Shree Kheraj Sadij, including apparel, sarees, bridal wear, fashion accessories, and related items, do not carry a warranty due to the nature of the products.
Customers are requested to inspect the product upon delivery. Any issues relating to damage, incorrect product, or manufacturing defects, if any, should be reported within the period specified in our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy. Eligible requests will be handled in accordance with the applicable policy.
However, if any product covered under warranty, where specifically stated on the respective product page or accompanying documentation. Any such warranty shall be governed exclusively by the applicable warranty terms and conditions.
8. Product Branding, Packaging & Labeling
Generic Classification: Products sourced under this policy may be listed on our website as “Generic”, “Unbranded”, or without a specific brand name where no registered brand is applicable.
Packaging: Depending on the nature of the product and the mode of procurement, products may be supplied in their original packaging, neutral packaging, or packaging bearing the branding of Shree Kheraj Sadij.
Customization: Certain products, particularly bridal wear, fashion accessories, and other selected items, may be customized, repackaged, or relabeled by Shree Kheraj Sadij after procurement to meet customer preferences or prevailing market trends. Such customization does not alter the original source of the product.
Original Supplier Labels: In some cases, products may retain original manufacturer or supplier labels, internal factory tracking tags, size labels, care labels, or material composition labels for identification, traceability, quality control, or regulatory compliance purposes.
9. Ethical Procurement
The business endeavors to source products through legitimate commercial channels and does not knowingly procure counterfeit, prohibited, or unlawfully sourced goods. Suppliers are expected to comply with applicable laws relating to taxation, consumer protection, product safety, and intellectual property.
